Description

The Graupner "ATV" All-Terrain Vehicle - generally known simply as a "Quad" - is supplied 95% factory-assembled, and can be prepared ready for running in a very brief time. To complete the model all you have to supply is fuel, plus dry cells or rechargeable batteries for the radio control system.

- Ready To Run 2-WD chassis supplied factory-assembled, with rear differential (steel bevel geartype)
- High-quality two-channel 27 MHz AM rotary knob RC system with steering / throttle servos and receiver factory-installed and connected. Steering and throttle pushrods pre-adjusted.
- Powerful, reliable15CPX motor, capacity approx. 2.5 cc, with integral pull-cord starter
- Two adjustable aluminium oil-filled shock absorbers on the front axle, already filled and installed
- One aluminium oil-filled shock absorber on the swinging rear axle
- Set includes fuel filler bottle, tools and a glowplug clipwith matching rechargeable battery and charger
- Pre-trimmed, painted polycarbonate body shell, plus driverfigure and helmet

The full-size vehicle
The Quad - also known as an ATV - was originally developed for off-road fun driving. Leisure sportsmen use these vehicles to drive over rough terrain, and more recently over purpose-built courses. Nowadays Quads are also an everyday part of normal road traffic; this is a trend which has only developed over the last few years.

The model
A fun model for the off-road fan - that's exactly what the new Graupner NITROQUAD is meant to be. It's simply tremendous fun to charge the model over a track or round the nearest quarry under the power of its potent 2.5 cc motor, and to revel in the sound of its high-revving motor.
